From A to Z, Here is what to do:
You need to order the equipment. You need the PERS 2400 main unit and a pendant.
You can choose a single button pendant or a double button pendant (fail-safe). You also can purchase a back up battery in case of a power failure and a two-way voice module that will let the emergency operator communicate with the end user "hands free". It works with a speaker and built in microphone. Do not forget to fill out your monitoring instruction and payment forms before you go to our order form. Read # 2 below.
You need to supply us with the police or ambulance dispatch telephone numbers with area codes. This is on the monitoring instruction forms. Go to "forms" on our home page. Fill out the highlighted areas on the monitoring Schedule B form, and fill out the Central station "Payment" form as well. Then push the "submit " button.
We will do all of the programming of your PERS 2400 unit from our office when you receive your order. When you get the unit, you have to plug it in to a wall outlet, and plug in the phone jack. Then you have to call us at (201) 666-1188. It’s that simple.
In your package you will receive a hard copy of the monitoring instruction and payment form. It will be all filed out. All you have to do is sign at the bottom, keep the customer copies and mail back the originals in the envelope provided.

Remember to send the monitoring paperwork back to us right away. The central station will only leave the account active temporarily for 10 days without having original signatures. If they do not have this paperwork back within 10 days your account will automatically be closed.
If you place an order on line or call we will give you wristband and belt chip for your panic pendant free and your 2 free months of monitoring as well, when you prepay for the first year.
